Oscar brings to the Dynamic team 34 years of business, operational and investment experience as a money manager, asset manager, developer and corporate banker. Prior to joining Dynamic, he spent seven years at The Prudential Insurance Company of America, where he rose to the position of Vice President of Property Investments. In this role, he was responsible for their Canadian investment portfolio of 43 commercial properties totalling 5.6 million square feet. Oscar graduated in 1980 with an Honours B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. He has his Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
Joel co-manages Fidelity NorthStar® Fund and Fidelity Global Intrinsic Value Class as well as an equity subportfolio manager for Fidelity NorthStar® Balanced Fund and Fidelity American Balanced Fund. Joel also manages Fidelity Low-Priced Stock Fund and Fidelity Series Intrinsic Opportunities Fund, for U.S. investors. Joel joined Fidelity in 1986 as an equity analyst covering the tobacco, coal, natural gas, personal care products and appliance industries. He later served as portfolio assistant on Fidelity OTC Portfolio, a fund available to U.S. investors. Before coming to Fidelity, Joel spent four years as a financial futures research analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert in Chicago. He began his investment career in 1980 as an equity analyst with Value Line Investment Survey.

Dan Bastasic, Senior Vice President, Investments, is the lead portfolio manager for the iA Clarington Strategic family of funds as well as the IA Clarington Tactical Income Fund. Dan joined iA Clarington in 2011. His expertise is in the equity and equity-income categories along with the high yield and investment grade corporate bond sectors. Prior to joining iA Clarington, Dan was a lead portfolio manager on several fixed income, equity income and balanced mandates at a large Canadian investment firm. Previously, Dan was an analyst at a large Canadian utility company. Dan has over 20 years of investment experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (finance) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University Of Windsor, a Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA), and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
Dennis has more than a decade of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Sprott he was Executive Vice-President and Chief Investment Officer at Sentry Investments, where he oversaw more than $18 billion in AUM. He is a three-time winner of a Brendan Wood International Canadian TopGun Award (2009, 2010 and 2011), given by the sell-side community to those with the best grasp of the industries in which they invest and the most influence in the Canadian market. Dennis is also a winner of the Brendan Wood International 2012 Canadian TopGun Team Leader. He received an Honours BBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Dennis also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
